Pat Fagan
Dr. Fagan is a Senior Fellow and Director of a new Center for Family and Religion at Family Research Council. He was a former Senior Research Fellow in Family and Cultural Issues at the Heritage Foundation, and Deputy Assistant Secretary at Health and Human Services. Dr. Fagan received his Ph.D. from University College Dublin. He has written many articles on social policy such as Outcome-Based Evaluation: Faith-Based Social Service Organizations and Stewardship and Why Religion Matters Even More: The Impact of Religious Practice on Social Stability.
