Scott Preissler
Dr. Preissler is Professor of Stewardship, and Director of the Center for Biblical Stewardship, and Bobby L. and Janis Eklund Chair of Stewardship at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He received his Doctor of Philosophy for Stewardship Studies in Non-profit Leadership at Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He also earned a M.A. in Philanthropic Studies and M.S. in Higher Education Leadership at Indiana University. He is the Dean and Founder of The Meyer Institute for Steward Leadership. He was on the Leadership Faculty for the Christian Stewardship Association. He has written several articles on stewardship including The Literature Base for the Field of Steward Leadership Studies, and Non-profit Capacity Building.
